Abstract
Aharonov-Bohm measurements on a GaAs two-dimensional (2D) hole system with well-characterized spin-orbit (SO) interaction were carried out. The Fourier spectra of the AB oscillations contain an extra structure that evolves with the range of magnetic field over which the spectra are taken. This evolution was compared to the results of a realistic simulation which includes Berry's phase in AB oscillations of a system with SO interaction. The comparison provided a striking demonstration of Berry's phase.
