Abstract

In this work we present non-intrusive method for diagnostics of gaseous mixture using resonance enhanced multiphoton ionization (REMPI) and detection based on microwave scattering of elctrons in the plasma filament at atmospheric pressure. 2+1 REMPI of CO by femtosecond laser pulse at 230nm was studied in mixture with N2 at various concentrations. The smallest detectable fraction of CO was found to be 2%.
